I’ve written about them before, but I dedicate today’s blog to yesterday’s heroes from the Rochester Fire Dept.  Their bravery by running into a burning house on Second St. Wednesday morning around 12:30am saved three babies.  Without laying blame, as many are doing, I send out thanks to those brave men and women from the RFD who risk everything everyday, while never seeking the spotlight or notoriety.  I know they wish they were never put in that position on Wed. morning, but when the call came, they were there, doing all they can to save those 3 little babes.  It’s nothing new for firefighters or first responders to be put into that postion, and they accept it without complaint.  But thank God they are willing, bless them and God bless our troops.
